Scott brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate and multifamily property management, with a career spanning property operations, financial reporting, asset performance, and team leadership. In this time, Scott has managed more than 50,000 units in 7 different states. He began his career as a Leasing Specialist and steadily advanced into regional leadership and executive roles, including CFO and COO.
Throughout his career, Scott has overseen portfolios exceeding 4,000 units while leading and supporting large on-site teams. His extensive operational and financial expertise enables him to approach due diligence projects with accuracy, efficiency, and a keen understanding of both the operational and financial drivers of an asset.
Scott has a proven track record of transforming underperforming properties into thriving communities through strategic oversight, disciplined financial management, and strong operational execution. His combination of business and financial acumen ultimately led him to establish Foxspur Property Management in 2021. Since launching the firm, Scott has built a portfolio exceeding $100 million in assets under ownership and management.
Today, Scott brings his decades of industry experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven approach to every asset and client relationship, with a focus on maximizing performance, protecting value, and creating long-term success. Scott is a licensed Broker in North Carolina.

Her experience includes overseeing extensive renovation and restoration projects, as well as implementing amenity-based pricing strategies designed to accelerate lease-up and maximize revenue.
